Rocky Mountain Gun Owners Announces Catching Valentinis as Director of Operations

DENVER, CO – Rocky Mountain Gun Owners [RMGO], the leading no-compromise gun rights advocacy group in Colorado, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Catching Valentinis as the organization’s new Director of Operations. His recognized expertise and robust experience in operational management and political advocacy mark a significant stride for RMGO in fortifying its influence and operations across the state.

Catching is joining RMGO after tenures with Young Americans for Liberty [YAL], a national organization dedicated to furthering liberty-oriented policies in state legislatures nationwide, and the Leadership Institute [LI]. During his time at YAL, Catching demonstrated an unwavering commitment to conservative initiatives and played a crucial role in spearheading numerous successful campaigns; most notably, he played a critical role in overturning the Colorado School of Mines’ tyrannical vaccine mandate. Following his time at YAL, Valentinis was deployed to the bowels of the far-left Northeast, where he organized pro-gun college students and successfully restarted Massachusetts Gun Rights.

Ian Escalante, Executive Director of RMGO, expressed his enthusiasm regarding Valentinis’ appointment, saying, “Colorado in a battle for the soul of our state. Catching has waged war in the most hostile environment for gun rights in America. We need some-one tough as nails who can handle the brutal fight in the Colorado General Assembly!”

Catching’s operational expertise and strategic knowledge in advocacy realms will invariably position RMGO to navigate through the evolving political landscapes with heightened efficacy and impact.

“In an era where our Second Amendment rights are incessantly under threat, we need individuals like Catching – folks who never back down, can communicate with and organize activists precision, and will NEVER bend the knee to the political class in Denver.” Escalante continued.

Valentinis’ role as the Director of Operations at RMGO will involve steering political strategies, optimizing organizational processes, and contributing towards enhancing the advocacy and impact of RMGO in safeguarding the second amendment rights of all peaceable Coloradans.

With this appointment, RMGO anticipates strengthening its advocacy, outreach, and strategic initiatives, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of protecting and defending the rights of gun owners across Colorado.

“I’m both honored and enthusiastic to step into the position of Director of Operations with Rocky Mountain Gun Owners,” said Catching Valentinis. “Colorado and the American west are under attack from people with an agenda antithetical to the values our country was founded on! As someone who has advocated for liberty in the furthest left of states, I can’t sit idly by and watch Colorado follow the path of New England, Illinois, and California.”

Catching is expected to leverage his expertise in grassroots mobilization and strategic leadership to drive RMGO’s mission, ensuring that the constitutional rights of citizens are preserved and protected against legislative infringements.

RMGO anticipates that under Valentinis’ leadership, the organization will not only amplify its impact within Colorado but will forge stronger connections and alliances on the national front, relentlessly championing the unapologetic protection of the Second Amendment for all law-abiding Coloradans.

Ian Escalante will remain the organization’s lead executive.
