What You’ll Do
This is a full-time, in-person position based out of our Loveland, CO office. Some evenings and weekends are required.
You will:
- Go toe to toe with billionaire-backed operatives, media hitmen, and white-collar criminals
- Spearhead our new initiative to build hyperlocal grassroots coalitions across the state
- Hold our politicians’ feet to the flame like the Founders intended
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute organizing strategies to recruit, mobilize, and develop emerging leaders and activists
- Write mass communications copy and produce daily social media content
- Develop deep knowledge and analysis of Colorado’s political and community landscapes
- Build and nurture relationships with industry partners, local businesses, government organizations, and community groups
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Deep commitment to an absolute Second Amendment as a physical deterrent to tyranny
- Professional demeanor; good sense of humor; flexible team player
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communications skills
- Comfort with public speaking in front of large groups
- Command of elementary statistics and arithmetic
- Experience with file systems, social media, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to learn GIS, assisted coding, and other technical skills as needed
- The ability to anticipate how allies and opponents will respond to actions or statements
- Access to reliable internet connection, good phone reception, and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $15.16–$19.25/hour (approximately $31,500–$40,000 annually)
Total Compensation Value: Estimated $43,000–$53,000 with full benefits:
